The ITS Applications team preserved continuity between the new and old system. This means new data will be found in this dataset and updated daily but slight tweaks have been made to union the old with the new.\\n\\nColumn notes:\\nResponse_time is the difference between arrived_at and enroute_at in minutes. You may notice a handful of response times that are negative or in the hours.
