Attribute accuracy was tested by manual comparison of source graphics with hardcopy plots and a symbolized display on an interactive computer graphic system. \r\nIndependent quality control testing of the FIRM Database was also performed.</attraccr>\r\n    </attracc>\r\n  <logic>Polygons intersecting the neatline are closed along the border. Point data are represented by two sets of coordinate pairs, each with the same coordinate values.
