The data set also contains morphometric data (reef maximum relief, area, maximum length, and distance to nearest reef on all individual reefs identified in the raw digital side scan sonar data from 1) 21 cross-shelf single-swath (150 m) transects between 20 and 50 m depths from off Panama City west to the Florida-Alabama border, and 2) 13 cross-shelf single-swath (150 m) transects between 10 and 50 m depths from just east of Cape San Blas east and south to about Cedar Key, FL.\r\n \r\n \r\n These data were collected to delineate and quantify hard bottom / reef habitats on the northern portion of the West Florida Shelf in the N.E.
